...Or what's left of it. The ruins from the impact of Meteor are the only thing that is left of the once prosperous city of Midgar. Now, almost everyone has fled to Edge.

| Kalm
A small and quiet little town set on the outskirts of the wastelands surrounding Midgar. The people here are mainly Mythril miners, but lately no one can mine because of the monsters.

| Chocobo Ranch
Set upon the verdant green plains is the Chocobo Ranch. Chocobos are bred and raised here for Chocobo racing, transportation, and now delivery services.

| Mythril Mines
Across the marsh and past the Midgar Zolom, the dark cave, Mythril Mine, will lead you to the land beyond the mountains.

| Fort Condor
Rest or visit the shops underground.

| Junon Harbor
Junon, somewhat similar to Midgar has two apparent parts. The prosperous society above, and the dreadful slums below.

Underwater Reactor located in the sea depths.

| Costa Del Sol
Hugely a resort attraction with golden sands, attractive beach women, and a constant aura of paradise.

| Mt. Corel/North Corel
West of Costa del Sol and through the snake like path above and between the mountains...

| Gold Saucer
This giant amusement park/casino is the main attraction of the Corel area. Take your prized Chocobos to the track and place your bets, or test your skills in the Battle Arena. There is also a stage play that occurs once every day - Be sure not to miss it. Admission is 3000 Gil (nonrefundable!).

| Gongaga
Travel deeper into this jungle and take the second right path to reach Gongaga Village.

| Cosmo Canyon
Resting against the side of the plateau is the ancient village of Cosmo Canyon. The large planetarium cannot be missed.
