Although she exhibits brute force and total devotion to SeeD, Selphie's kind heart and laid-back attitude seem inexhaustable. Transfering from Trabia Garden, Selphie quickly blends in with her new surroundings. Selphie becomes easily intimidating to Squall by exhibiting a fiesty flare, but her courageous, take-charge personage become respected among her classmates and the group.

History: Selphie was orphaned when her parents died in the Sorceress wars. She was mothered by Edea Kramer along with the other orphans: Squall, Quistis, Zell, Irvine, and Ellone. As Selphie grew older and left for Trabia Garden, she soon forgot about her beloved Matron and her “father figure”, Edea’s husband, Cid Kramer (Due to GF Junctioning). Then, when Selphie left Trabia as an exchange student to Balamb Garden, she was hastily assigned to take the SeeD exams there: a mission in Dollet. In Dollet she “re-met” her childhood friends Squall Leonheart, Zell Dincht and Instructor Quistis Trepe. Soon after, she passed her exam along with Squall and Zell becoming an official mercernary, a SeeD destined to kill a sorceress. Now, her popularity in Balamb has grown because of her leadership in almost every extra-curricular activity out there. Her main focus, as always, is the school’s Garden Festival committee. She plans to have a lot of events in store for the near future.
Appearence: Selphie’s usual attire is an extremely short orange yellow dress (an overall style) that has two large back pockets and a slim zipper down the front side. She wears brown boots, and sometimes she snags Irvine’s cowboy hat. She may also be seen wearing her garden uniform, or official SeeD uniform. Selphie has pale white skin. She's also very short: 5' 1 1/2" / 165cm.
Personality: ...A born leader... Selphie Tilmitt is bubbly, and energetic. She adds fun and joy into any task. Making friends thus comes off very easy for her. In fact she makes friends wherever she goes, from Balamb to Timber to Deling. Though most of her friends still remain in Trabia with the fondest of her memories. Selphie’s heart seems to still be lingering there regardless of its state in shambles (due to the missile launching event). Selphie’s attitude may make her seem ignorant or dumb but underneath her carefree spirit is an intelligent and caring leader. She is a responsible person who has great leadership qualities, she won’t hesitate to do what she thinks is best or to give orders when needed. Selphie’s other strong points are computers, and technical matters. She is also a very good pilot!
......Brief Personal Relationships: Squall: As always, Selphie is very considerate and always wants to do good for others. She has a lot of respect for Squall and what he does. She would be very happy to do anything for him. Zell: Selphie often pokes fun at Zell but deep down they have a friendly brother-sister relationship. Seifer: Selphie isn't easily intimidated, so even a big bully bad-ass like Seifer won't get to her. Rinoa/Quistis: The three make a great team and when together, girl power presides. Laguna/Irvine: Both objects of Selphie’s affection. Selphie thinks that "Sir Laguna" is super-cute and throughout Ellone's dreams of the past - Selphie finds herself in a crush with Laguna - the charming man with prominent dreams for his future. What Selphie sees in Playboy Irvine is a carefree soul like herself who she can be "simply Selphie" around.
This was actually my application on a few other roleplay boards. I felt like including it for the character bio's sake. Here is my "application":
Name: Chi Sample Roleplay: Back in the classroom, Selphie had grown restless and somehow ...she ended up in the teacher's seat at the front of the room.
"~tee-hee!" The short brunnete giggled behind the desk and waved a hand above her head. "Now-now settle down class.." She said in a voice that clearly mimicked Quistis' tone as she slid on the pair of glasses that lay on the organized desk. Slightly disoriented she leaned forward as the class seemed to invert away from her.
"Uhm.. That's good..." She nodded as blurry students seemed to take their seats. "The first thing we will be doing today.." She shook her head and took off the glasses. "...is wait for the teacher.. hehe! Can anyone guess what the second thing is??" She smiled widely.
